Madonna wants Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears to reunite for her new Sticky And Sweet tour.
Spears recently filmed a music video which will be played at the concerts but Madge apparently wants to go further.
A source told The Sun: “Madonna is always trying to raise the bar and Britney and Timberlake on the same stage would be perfect.”
JT and Brit were a couple for years before they split up acrimoniously after Spears cheated on him.
The insider admits that the pair need persuading to appear together: “I think both are a bit reluctant. Britney would find it all a bit emotional and JT might not fancy it.”
In other Britney news it's been announced that she has started work on her next album- the follow up to Blackout.
Spears' label and management revealed yesterday that she's back in the studio and working with producers like Nate Danja Hills (Nelly Furtado/ Justin) and Rodney 'Darkchild' Jerkins (Michael Jackson/ The Spice Girls).
